1265 MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held on 28th February 2007 were signed by the Worshipful the Mayor as a correct record subject to the following corrections at minute 1079, page 941 - Declarations of Interest:-

Councillor Mrs Cains declaration of interest should be for Blakeston School and not Redbrook School.

Councillor Mrs Beaumont declaration of interest should include Whinstone School.

The declaration of interest listed for Councillor Miss Inman was for Councillor Johnson.

1268The Chief Emergency Planning Officer was present at the meeting and was presented by the Worshipful the Mayor with the award for Beacon Status for the Cleveland Emergency Planning Unit.

On behalf of the Council, The Worshipful the Mayor congratulated the Cleveland Emergency Planning Unit on their achievement.
1307The Forward Plans for the periods 1st April 2007 to 31st July 2007 had previously been circulated to Members. The Forward Plan for the period 1st May 2007 to 31st August 2007 would be published on or before 16th April 2007. The Leader of the Council reported on significant decisions which the Cabinet was proposing to take over the coming months.
