Moved by Councillor Lupton, seconded by Councillor Mrs Beaumont and RESOLVED that the minutes of Cabinet held on 14th February 2008 (Minutes CAB 124/07 - CAB 139/07) be confirmed or received as appropriate.

REVIEW OF MEDIUM TERM FINANCIAL PLAN AND BUDGET 2008/09
In order to record this decision adequately it was necessary to include lengthy tables of information. Inclusion of such tables currently causes format problems within the e-genda system and because of this it is not possible to reproduce this decision/ minute on e genda in the usual way.

However a word version of the minutes of the meeting is attached or is available by contacting Democratic Services.

Councillor Nelson declared a personal prejudicial interest in respect of paragraph 31, Appendix L and recommendation 25, of the Budget report, which all related to the proposed Stock Rationalisation Programme, as he knew a person who lived in/owned one of the properties identified for demolition. Councillor Nelson left the meeting during the consideration of the Stock Rationalisation Programme and took no part in voting on recommendation 25.
