The minutes of the meeting held on 18th December 2007 were agreed as a correct record.

The Committee requested that an update on the concern regarding access to Stockton Town Hall be brought to the next meeting. It was considered that the information that was available on the intranet regarding bus routes to Council Meeting venues needed to be more detailed.

The Committee discussed the Consultation Review Progress Report, and the Scrutiny Officer informed that a follow up progress report would be presented to the committee in the new Municipal year.

The minutes of the meetings held on 19th June 2007, 30th July 2007, 30th August 2007, 2nd October 2007, 6th November 2007 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

The Committee discussed suggested topics for the next scrutiny review. The Scrutiny Officer informed that several suggestions had been forwarded for discussion at the Scrutiny Liaison Forum on 25th March 2008.
