Cllr Barbara Inman declared a personal non prejudicial interest in the item titled Application for Assistance with Education Transport Costs Under Exceptional Circumstances as she was a school governor of North Shore Health Academy.

Members considered an application which has been refused assistance with transport in line with the Council's policy, under the appeals procedure parents had requested that the decision be reviewed.

Members discussed the circumstances surrounding the application and it was suggested that it be reviewed by Members once the outcome of the tribunal was known.
