RESOLVED that the appeal against the decision to dismiss on the grounds of redundancy be dismissed.

RESOLVED that under Section 100A(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 the public be excluded from the meeting for the following items of business on the grounds that they involved the likely disclosure of exempt information as defined in paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 12A of the Act.

P.F. was in attendance to state her case, accompanied by her work colleague P.D.

The Chairman introduced the Panel Members to the Appellant.

The Management representatives were then invited to present their case, which was supported by documentation previously circulated to the Panel and the Appellant. Questions of the management representatives were invited from the Appellant and Members of the Panel.

The Appellant then outlined the reasons for her appeal. Witnesses CC, PG and JF were called. Questions of the Appellant and witnesses were invited from the management representatives and Members of the Panel.
