The Appellant was absent from the hearing and had made no contact prior to the hearing to confirm his attendance.

Efforts were made to contact the Appellant to ascertain whether he had received the papers for the hearing but no contact could be made.

In the circumstances, the Panel decided that the hearing should be postponed and rearranged to a new date to enable contact to be made with the Appellant.
