Consideration was given to the draft minutes of the meetings held on 21st January 2013 and 11th February 2013.

Consideration was given to the draft report and recommendations for the Task and Finish Review of Community Safety and Security. Members considered each recommendation individually and agreed the final report.

Members requested that details be added regarding the Committee's concern with changes to the concierge service following a review by VELA. It was noted that the impact review of changes to concierge service should consider engagement with hard to reach residents. The action plan should show how this would be done.

It was observed that Tenancy Agreements were required to be upheld to ensure tenants took care of the property and outside space.

Members were presented with the Action Plan setting out how the agreed recommendations from the Scrutiny Review of Affordable Warmth would be implemented and target date for completion.
