1146 DRAFT MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 23RD FEBRUARY 2006
CONCLUDED that the minutes of the meeting held on 23rd February 2006 be submitted to Council.
1147 MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS HELD ON 12TH JANUARY AND 15TH FEBRUARY 2006 TO BE SIGNED BY THE CHAIRMAN AS A CORRECT RECORD
The minutes of the meeting held on 12th January and 15th February 2006 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
1148 TO CONCLUDE MONITORING PROCESS IN RELATION TO ANTI SOCIAL BEHAVIOUR REVIEW
CONCLUDED that the recommendations as agreed by Members be included in the draft monitoring report which will be considered by Members at the meeting on 23rd March 2006.

1145Councillor Mrs Trainer declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in respect of agenda item no.5 - Anti Social Behaviour Review as she is a member of the Tristar Management Board.

Councillors Woodhead declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in respect of agenda item no.5 - Anti Social Behaviour Review as he is a member of the Tristar Management Board.
1146Consideration was given to the content of the draft minutes of the meeting on 23rd February 2006 prior to their submission to Council.

Members made several changes to the content of the draft minutes.
1148It had been agreed by members on 24th November 2005 that a monitoring exercise should take place on the Anti Social Behaviour Review which had been carried out previously by this Committee.

At the meeting of this Committee held on 12th January 2006, Members agreed to invite key witnesses to the meeting held on 23rd February 2006. At that meeting the key witnesses responded to the questions that Members had formulated at the meeting held on 15th February 2006.

Members discussed the oral and written evidence they had received at the meeting held on 23rd February 2006. Members then formulated the recommendations that would be included in the monitoring report.

It was outlined that a draft monitoring report would be prepared for Members consideration at the meeting to be held on 23rd March 2006.
