1139 DRAFT MINUTES OF THE MEETING HELD ON 15TH FEBRUARY 2007
CONCLUDED that the minutes held on 15th February 2007 be submitted to Council.
1140 THE DEVELOPMENT OF CHOICE BASED LETTINGS - APPROVAL OF FINAL REPORT
CONCLUDED that the report on the Development of Choice Based Lettings be submitted to Cabinet for consideration.

1138Councillor Roberts declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in respect of agenda item no.4 - The Development of Choice Based Lettings as she was a member of the Tristar Homes Management Board.

Councillor Leonard declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in respect of agenda item no.4 - The Development of Choice Based Lettings as he was a member of the Tristar Homes Management Board.
1139Consideration was given to the content of the draft minutes of the meeting held on 15th February 2007 prior to their submission to Council.
1140Members were presented with the Development of Choice Based Lettings draft final report.

The Chairman outlined each of the recommendations contained within the report and gave Members an opportunity to make comments and ask questions.

Members then agreed that the report should be submitted to Cabinet for consideration.

Members thanked all of the Officers that had been involved in the Development of Choice Based lettings report.
