Prior to the meeting Members visiting a number of potential Traveller Transit Sites.

Following the site visits Members discussed site suitability using the evidence seen. It was agreed that the best option to be considered was Bowesfield Pumping Station due to it's size, location and it's suitability for buffers to be used to enable segregated pitches.

Members agreed that the consultation and site investigation for site contamination would be carried out simultaneously due to time constraints on funding.

Members also agreed that a second option would be investigated.
