379 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
 
380 DRAFT MINUTES OF THE MEETINGS HELD ON 6TH JULY 2006
CONCLUDED that the minutes of the meeting held on 6th July 2006 be submitted to Council.
381 MONITORING REVIEW OF ACCESS TO TRISTAR SERVICES - TO FINALISE THE COMMITTEE'S RESPONSE TO THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE ACTION PLAN.
CONCLUDED that:-

1. The Tristar Action Plan for the Access to Tristar Services Review be updated to include the Councillors` comments.

2. The Tristar Action Plan for the Access to Tristar Services Review be forwarded to Members for final approval.

3. When Members have given their final approval the Tristar Action Plan for the Access to Tristar Services be forwarded to the Tristar Homes Management Board and Cabinet.

379Councillors Mrs Trainer declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in respect of agenda item no.4 - Monitoring Review of Tristar Services as she is a member of the Tristar Management Board.

Councillors Woodhead declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in respect of agenda item no.4 - Monitoring Review of Tristar Services as he is a member of the Tristar Management Board.
380Consideration was given to the content of the draft minutes of the meeting held on 6th July 2006.
381Members were presented with the Tristar Homes Ltd Action Plan for the Access to Tristar Services Review.

Members discussed the outstanding issues from the Action Plan. Members identified some further actions in relation to implementation which were supported by Officers. Members also agreed that the Tristar Homes Staff Away Day had been a success and that staff morale had improved.

Members felt that once their final comments had been added to Action Plan it should be forwarded to them for final approval.
