The Committee considered a report to determine an application for the grant of a Street Trading Consent in respect of a trader who wished to sell hot food and drinks in Stockton High Street for one day during the Riverside Festival and to which objections had been received.

Stockton Borough Council Events Team had confirmed that the only available location was to the side of the Shambles not facing the Castlegate Centre. This was due to the performances taking place on the High Street and the ongoing development work.
