Councillor Paul Weston declared a personal, prejudicial interest in respect of the agenda item ‘Scrutiny Review of Consolidation of Thirteen Housing Group' as he was currently an employee of Thirteen Housing Group. He therefore left the meeting whilst this item was being considered.

Cllr Derrick Brown and Councillor Evaline Cunningham also declared non-prejudicial interest in respect of item ‘Scrutiny Review of Consolidation of Thirteen Housing Group'.
PLA
60/18
Consideration was given to the draft final report and recommendations of the Scrutiny Review of Consolidation of Thirteen Housing Group.
PLA

Consideration was given to the Work Programme 2018-2019.

Since there were no items scheduled for the next Committee meeting in February 2019, Members agreed to stand this down.

It was noted that the Committee meeting in March 2019 will include the latest round of progress updates as part of the monitoring of agreed recommendations from previous reviews, and a reflection of the Committee's work over the last four years.
