The minutes of the meeting held on 22 February 2016 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

Consideration was given to the draft minutes of the meeting held on 21 March 2016.

Consideration was given to the Draft Final Report on the Scrutiny Review of Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder.

The Committee commended the contribution to the review from officers, Members and outside bodies.

Members discussed the support options available for voluntary organisations including FASD Network UK.

Consideration was given to the Committee work programme.

Members discussed the forthcoming reviews of Pupil Premium, and Mental Health and Wellbeing. It was noted that the Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust had set up a Task Group to consider preventative methods.
