Cllr John Fletcher declared a personal non-prejudicial interest in the item entitled - Efficiency, Improvement and Transformation Review of Commissioning and Provision of Public and Community Transport as he was the Chairman of the Bus Users Forum.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 20th July 2009.

The Committee was presented with the LINk's review of Dial-a-ride report. The report highlighted and recommended areas for improvement. Members were informed that the Committee had to a statutory duty to formally respond within 20 days.

The Committee considered the following documents for the three different areas of transport; Supported Boroughbus and Challenge Bid Funding, Concessionary Travel and Path Finder Concessionary Travel Scheme and Community Transport:-
- SWOT(Strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats)
- Briefing Papers
- Baseline Information
- Notes from Sub-Group meeting

Members identified options for change which would be incorporated in the final report that was due to be agreed at the next meeting.
