The minutes of the meeting held on 20th December 2011 were signed by the Chair as a correct record.

Members received a prssentation from the Head of Regeneration and Economic Development which detailed the following:-
- The service and staff information
- Budget information
- Current developments around the Borough
- Previous developments that have been a success
- The amount of involvment was different for each project.

The Committee queried how information was given to the public about the service and what it was doing, it was explained that this was difficult due to the involvments in each project being different but questions and details about specific developments would be answered.

Members considered a report that provided details of work undertaken by the Committee over the last four years. The report detailed all reviews and update reports which had been received by Members. The Committee reiterated the need for a maintenance check to be put in place for recommendations that had been completed to see if they were successful. Members then requested a review of work on an annual basis.

The Chair updated Members on the EIT review of Events, Arts ad Tourism final report. The Chair thanked everyone for there time and effort.
