1. The agreement between SBC and organisations that money is allocated to be supplied to Members.
2. Income and expenditure figures be added to the spreadsheet of Events figures.

Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 24th May 2010.

The Committee was presented with the baseline information in respect of Art's, they also received the previous scrutiny review of festival's from March 2007.

The Head of Culture and Leisure provided and explained of the Arts baseline information for the review. Particular emphasis was given to:-

- The Arts team structure and operation.
- The funding received including Arts Council England grant and limited resources available in the Tees Valley from trusts and grant giving bodies attracting less per Capita due to the relative weakness of voluntary sector infrastructure in the cultural sector.
- Value for money was determined by the satisfaction, spend and benefits for the local economy.
- Monies Allocated to Billingham International Folklore Festival, ARC and Tees Valley Music Alliance.
- Health benefits through Arts as GP's made referrals.
- Vibrant Stockton pilot evaluation report.

Members requested that they be supplied with the agreement between SBC Art's team and the organisation that money is allocated to, it was also requested that the income and expenditure figures be added to the Events income and expenditure spreadsheet presented at the previous Committee meeting.

The Committee was informed that at the next meeting they would receive the baseline information for Tourism. It was also explained that the winter maintenance report would also be presented. Members were also informed that the next listed event was the Fire Engine Rally at Grangefield School at the weekend and that Committee Members were welcome to attend.
