Consideration was given to the draft report for the Review of Empty/Abandoned Properties. Members considered each recommendation individually and agreed that subject to the discussed changes to recommendation one and four that the report could be agreed.

The next meeting of the Committee was 22nd April 2013. The Scrutiny Liaison Forum was due to meet on 12th March 2013 to discuss future topics.
