The minutes of the meeting held on 28th January 2013 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.

Consideration was given to the draft minutes of the meetings held 25th February 2013.

Members were presented with an overview of Regeneration and Economic Development and Technical Services. The key achievements for the services were highlighted together with emerging issues.

The following points were raised by the Committee:-

- Encouraging larger businesses to the area
- Enterprise Support for Young People
- Available space within the Business Centre
- Globe Update - Business Plan being progressed
- New ticket office at Eaglescliffe Train Station to be completed towards end of year
- Demolition of Lyndsay House
- Performance measures for road traffic accidents
- Bus Services, improved information, investment in fleet, progress on smart card.

The next review would be Demographic Information. Both the scope and project plan would be presented at the next meeting.
