Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 22nd April 2013.

The Committee considered the action plan for the Review of Empty Properties. Members were concerned with the timescale for developing the business case. Officers were hopeful that this could be developed sooner and it was agreed that the timescales would be reviewed when the Committee considered the progress of recommendations in six months.

The Committee considered the assessments of progress contained within the Progress Updates on the implementation of previously agreed recommendation for the Efficiency, Improvement & Transformation (EIT) reviews of Events, Arts and Tourism, Regeneration and Economic Development, and Task and Finish Review of Highways.

Members were provided with a draft overview of information for the next Review of Use of Demographic Information. The Committee was asked to forward any questions or queries regarding the review to the Chiar/Vice Chair or the Scrutiny Officer.
