Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 26th March 2014.

Members considered the draft toolkit from the Review of the use of Demographic Information.

Members made the following points/comments:
- Evaluation and review of the toolkit should be done by liaising with the Committee to agree how it would be undertaken.
- Some of the key data sources would be useful to parish/town council's therefore consider what could be made available to the public.
- Training on how to use the document may be needed and an officer contact should be included within the toolkit for guidance.

Members considered the assessments of progress contained within the progress updates on the implementation of previously agreed recommendations. There were outstanding recommendations from the reviews of Events, Arts and Tourism, Highways (Task and Finish), and Empty Properties.

Members made the following points/comments:-
- Information was requested on the visitor numbers from the EIT Review of Events, Arts and Tourism and the actual savings from the review.
- Further information on the EIT Task & Finish Review of Highways recommendation 6 and its progress along with the actual savings from the review.
- Further information on the Review of Empty and Abandones Properties recommendation 5 and the timescales for completion.
