Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 9th January 2014.

The Committee considered the action plan for the Review of Use of Demographic Information. Members were supplied with information on the proposed actions for the review and dates they would be achieved.

Members were also provided with a draft copy of the toolkit.
Members suggested that the toolkit be reviewed every 6 month's to ensure the information was still relevant.

The Committee requested that the evaluation tool for the toolkit be considered by Members at a future meeting.
RTS

Members were provided with the future work programme for the Committee that included a Review of Footway and Carriageway Condition and Review of Durham Tees Valley Airport.

Members were mindful that a previous Review of Highways had taken place in 2009 therefore felt that a full review looking at the same information wouldn't be beneficial. It was suggested that this could be looked at over a short space of time to see what had changed since 2009.

The Committee also discussed the impact it could have on Durham Tees Valley Airport and it's owners in their review. Members were conscious that the other Tees Valley authorities and Durham Council could be interested in the review.

Members discussed the opportunities of having another Review topic as they felt the two suggested topics could be covered quicker than March 2015.
