Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 4th February 2014.
EXC
64/13
The Committee considered priorities for the Scrutiny work programme for 2014/15 following consideration by the Scrutiny Liaison Forum.

Members made the following comments:
- The Review regarding footway and carriageway condition had already been reviewed in previous years and therefore it seemed sensible to build upon earlier work and this was therefore likely to be a short and focused review.
- The suggested topic of SBC and the local third sector had not been prioritised for inclusion in the 2014/15 work programme. However, Members felt that this was an important issue and asked that a position statement be submitted to a future Executive Scrutiny Committee.
- It was recognised that within the Review of the Future of Durham Tees Valley Airport other authorities would have an interest and that this should be taken into account.

EXC

The Committee considered the draft report of the Scrutiny Review of Welfare Reform and Financial Inclusion.
EXC
