1239 DECLARATIONS OF INTEREST
 
1240 MINUTES OF THE MEETING - FOR SIGNATURE
The minutes held on 20th February, 2007 were signed by the Chairman as a correct record.
1241 DRAFT MINUTES
The minutes of the meeting held on 21st March, 2007 were agreed as a correct record.

1243 FORWARD PLAN
RESOLVED that The Head of Service for Regeneration and Economic Development be requested to include Ward Members within the consultation for the Regeneration Strategy for Stockton.
1244 FUTURE DEVELOPMENT OF CEMETERIES
RESOLVED that the report be noted.
1245 REVIEW OF BULLYING
RESOLVED that the report be noted.
1246 REVIEW OF FESTIVALS
RESOLVED that the report and comments be noted.
1247 ANNUAL REPORT
RESOLVED that the draft Annual Report be noted and that comments be submitted to the Head of Democratic Services.
1248 REPORT OF SELECT COMMITTEE CHAIRS ON PROGRESS OF SCRUTINY REVIEWS
RESOLVED that the update be noted.

1239Councillor Fletcher declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 6 Cemeteries and Memorials further to being a Member of Egglescliffe Church.

Councillor Fletcher declared a personal/non prejudicial interest in relation to Agenda Item No. 8 Review of Festivals further to being a friend of the Billingham International Folklore Festival.
1242Litter and Dog Fouling

Members requested the figures for litter and dog fouling, broken down into ward areas if possible. This was requested as per minute no. 1151 but had not been received at present.

The Democratic Services Officer would follow up with the appropriate officer.
1243Members held discussion on the updated Forward Plan. It was requested that Ward Members be included within the consultation for the Regeneration Strategy for Stockton. The Democratic Services Officer would contact The Head of Service for Regeneration and Economic Development with the request.
1244Members discussed the final report following the review on The Future Development of Cemeteries.
1245Members discussed the final report following the review of Bullying.
1246Members discussed the final report following the review of Festivals.

Members requested that the Scrutiny Team be congratulated on their hard work in assisting Members to complete all of the Scrutiny Reviews prior to the Election and new Municipal Year.
1247Members were provided with the first draft of the Overview and Scrutiny Annual Report 2006/07. Members commented upon the draft and it was requested that further comments be submitted to the Head of Democratic Services.

A distribution for the Annual Report would be produced to include Council Services, Libraries, External Partners etc. The Annual Report would also be available to view on the Councils Website.
1248Members provided a brief update detailing that their reviews for this Municipal Year were now complete.
