Consideration was given to the minutes of the meeting held on 6th December 2011.

Members were informed that Frankie Russell had left the authority. There was still approximately 10 street signs to go up. There was currently around 2000 door stickers left so if Cllrs had an area which would benefit from them they could be used.

The Association was informed that they currently around 1800 to spend and it was confirmed that any money unspent from this year could be carried over to next. Equipment for the Fall Event needed to be sought. It was requested that the secretary find the date for Falls Day and contact the falls team to see if they wanted to be involved as previous years.

Members were informed that talks were on going with the importer of the adult Halloween mask which was reported at the last meeting. Complaints had been received about a candle holder and a candle with strong fumes. Tests had been carried out on supermarkets who delivered shopping to homes and whether they delivered shopping with alcohol to underage persons, one had failed.
