Dave Sanders informed Members that the Crime Reduction team would stay the same for the next 12 months. Members were also informed that there had been an increse in stolen bikes, items being stolen out of parked vehicles and garage thefts. As reported previously empty houses were still being targeted for scrap metals.

The Fire Officer was not present.

Yvonne Cheung informed Members that the annual falls day was due to take place on 20th June 2012. The usual stall holders would be invited to attend along with the Members of Home Safety Association. Yvonne was going to contact organisations as well as organise posters for the event. The Mayor would be invited to attend from 11am. The Town Hall, gazebos, tables and chairs needed to be booked.
