17 Sep 2019 To formally improve the implementation of a street-works permitting scheme to replace
the existing street-works noticing system, with an implementation date of April 2020
subject to the required statutory consultation
17 Sep 2019 It is approved to progress a Notice of works for a new Toucan Crossing on Queen
Elizabeth Way, south of the Concorde Way/ Bowesfield Lane/ Kingfisher Way
roundabout. An associated speed limit reduction from 50mph to 40mph on Queen
Elizabeth Way is also proposed to cover the crossing.
02 Sep 2019 To confirm the Agreed Maximum Price (AMP) in respect of the appointment of Willmott
Dixon Construction Limited, whose registered office is at Spirella 2, Icknield Way,
Letchworth Garden City, Hertfordshire, SG6 4GY, to commence the main construction
stage for the restoration of the Globe and the adjoining property 153 High Street
19 Aug 2019 It is approved to advertise the proposal to progress a permanent traffic Order for a speed
limit reduction from 40mph to 30mph on Green Lane, Yarm between Allerton Balk and
the railway bridge.

Road, Victoria Avenue, Mowbray Road, Ida Street, Salisbury Terrace, Hylton Grove,
Stainton Grove, Thornton Grove, and Dalton Grove, Norton.
11 Jun 2019 To approve the amending of the existing "The Borough of Stockton-on-Tees (Traffic Regulation Order) (A67 High Street, Yarm) Order 2014 (Amendment No. 2) Order 2018" to change its constitution to enable the temporary closing of individual car parking spaces on A67 high Street, Yarm without the requirement to create a temporary traffic regulation order.

07 Mar 2019 To approve the introduce of no waiting at any time (NWAAT) and no loading at any time
(NLAAT) restrictions on the north side of Aislaby Road, Eaglescliffe.
07 Mar 2019 Subject to Statutory consultation, it is approved to process a permanent traffic Order
for no waiting at anytime and no loading at anytime restrictions on A139 Norton Road
and Bowron Street, Stockton. These restrictions would also include the new leg of the
Queen's Park housing development off the same junction. On a strengthened section
of footway adjacent to the businesses on the east side of Norton Road, a permanent
traffic Order, for loading only is proposed.
