1/21		There were no declarations of interest.

2/21		The minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 21 April 2021 were confirmed as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

3/21		The Select Committee considered the draft final report following the scrutiny review of Care Leavers EET.

An Action Plan would be submitted to the September meeting which would set out in detail how the review recommendations would be implemented following approval by Cabinet.

4/21		The Select Committee considered a draft scope and project in respect of its next review of Child Poverty. Members asked that the following additional key lines of enquiry be included within the review:

• Is there a different impact on child poverty between private and rented households?
• What are the issues for households with a disabled child and is there enough support in place?
• What more can be done to provide support in early years, in particular to new mothers/families?
